Today is Primary Day in Kentucky. As last year, I took Damion with me when I went to vote. Today, we were home alone again, so we went out together to vote. It led to this Conversation with a Three Year Old:
Damion: This sticker is round.
Me: Yes, it is.
Damion: Last time we came here, it was an….
Me: Oval?
Damion: Yeah, an oval.
Me: Yes, it was.
Damion: I bet next time we come here, it will be a triangle.
I was just amazed that he, not only, remembered going last time, but also what the sticker looked like. He’s growing up way too fast.
